Hi I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction to solve this problem.

Using OE6 on WindowXP Home Edition SP2.

I try to attach a file to an email to be sent, but when I have selected the file to be attached using the dialog box that appears and hit OK, the program just freezes. Can't seem to solve problem, it happens with all files that I try to attach.

Try temporarily disabling the attachment block under Tools|Options|Security and then try attaching a file.

Something I have noticed recently is that if I have jpgs in a directory window, not all the images are shown when in filmstrip or tile mode - don't know if this may be related.

In filmstrip view, are they hidden until you scroll horizontally? Do you see an icon but no preview for those files?
