problem opening hotmail messaged

Hey:

I just got a new computer with XP and high-speed cable internet connection.

When I go to my hotmail account and open my message box I encounter the
problem that when I click on an email to open it it just sends me back to a
sign in page. This happens repeatedly and I can't figure out how to solve
the problem. Any helpful information would be appreciated.
