1) For the attachment problem, try attaching the file 2 other ways to see if the problem
can be narrowed down.
- Right click a file in the Windows File Explorer, then select Send To, Mail Recipient.
This should start a new e-mail message with the file attached.
- Start a new message and then drag-and-drop a file from the Windows File Explorer to the
open message.

2) As for the JPEG problem, you might have some corrupted images. Do you have a image
editing program? If so try opening the problem images. If that works, then try saving
them and see if the new version works in the preview.
