out of memory

When opening OE, this message appeared.. "Outlook express could not be
started. The app was unable to create the spooler object.Your computer may
be out of memory. Contact microsoft supportfor further
assistance.0x8007000e. I rebooted my machine and then was able to load OE,
and several emails that had been read and deleted earlier in the day
appeared as new mail. I've been having some problems with McAfee spam killer
and I am about to give up. I just got this new unit last week. Dell 8400.
Any ideas out there to help me clear up this matter??

... and go to work on something else such as using outlook or IE then boom ... This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. ... and this ONLY ever happens when the app is minimized.... ... could this be causing ...
