Michael, this is what I got when I clicked on the 'error report' link:-
Exception Information
Code: 0x0000005
Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x0000000000000000
Address: 0x0000000000000005
The Appname was iexplore.exe
I don't suppose this helps much but that was all I could see (besides reams
of information that was obviously no help).
Frank, I tried the CMD command and restarted Windows but no change, I
haven't had time to try out all the other suggestions you have both sent but
I will persevere.
