Hi All,
I have a broadband connection from a local ISP. I am unable to use NNTP
services and have come to know that the NNTP port(119) is blocked at the
ISP's end. I need to access NGs using Outlook Express or any other third
party software(Windows compatible). Since I can access Websites and
send/receive mails using OE, I know at least ports 25 and 110 are open in
addition to 80. Is it possible to somehow use NNTP over 80/25/110 ports?
Any hints on how to do so or alternative solutions will be very much
appreciated.
I think this looks like more like a networking question, so I will post this
to the appropriate NG also.
Regards,
