Care to elaborate on that statement?

If your only account in OE is a Hotmail account:

Tools > Options > General > When starting, go directly to my Inbox (uncheck)

Tools > Options > General > Send and receive on startup (uncheck)

'Object moved' is an MSN-specific error that's been with us for ages:
http://snipurl.com/d8f4 The standard fix is to choose any IE
startpage/homepage other than www.msn.com or www.my.msn.com.
