outlook express, wont go Away! uninstall it in add/remove programs, and
disable access in "set program access and defaults" and It Still Opens!!! and
Better Yet, because it doesnt have a account set up on it, we people try to
send, it wont Send, so there are 45Unsent Messages!!!!!

we are running xp pro, sp1, no sp2... two things i need to know: how to Get
Rid of OE Completely, or so make it so that it Wont Open!!!!! (without a
registry edit, plz)

and how to get rid of those Unsent Messages!!
