You can't cancel email.
He can have his email supplier delete the message.
If there is a Web interface to the mail server he can use that to delete the
message.
He can use one of these programs:
POP3 Scan Email (freeware):

Magic Mail Monitor (freeware):
http://www.vicnet.net.au/help/windows/magicmail/
