First. most newsgroup would prefer that you not use HTML for posting
questions (with the exception of binary newsgroups such as stationery
groups). To use an altered signature, open Outlook Express, click
Tools/Accounts - News tab and double click the news account you wish to
alter and insert whatever name and email address you wish to use there.

As for a general website to learn about using Outlook Express, one of the
best sites is located here:

Hi,
I have several questions as I am new to Outlook Express AND PC's in
general, so please bear with me - thanks
1 - While Online, I can't seem to get e-mails, that are in OE< to
display, until I hit Refresh each & everytime I open my Inbox - I would
like them to be there when I open OE & don't know how to do it
2 - Re; Newsgroups, how do I Post a mesaage or question withOUT my
e-mail addy showing ? Also, how can I access this NG from OE ?
3 - I use HTML as you may be able to see below & hear, but & in OE, I
see a place for my HTML Signature, so when I Paste the text in, I go to
write my new mail & the gifs, jpegs & midis won't work, rather, I see
the text only - on this webtv, I stary my HTML sigs with <html> & end
with </html> w/ the text & urls in between - any ideas ?
Lastly, is there a website, for OE & IE that will help me w/ general
questions ? I TRY MSN Support thru e-mail & all they ever do is pass me
a phone #, for what I believe is a tech line that costs $$
In advance, thanks so much !
 Enjoy your weekends !
