If you are using Windows 98, or Windows Me, you are out of luck. Anybody
with physical access to the computer has access to every file on the HDDs. I

If you have a Win OS which use the NTFS file system, you might be able to do
something about file locking; I don't have access to such a system so I
don't know how to proceed.
