What I am going to tell you will delete every address from the Blocked
Senders list, but it will cure your problem. If you are using to block
Spam, that is a useless process anyway.

Close OE. Go to: Start>Run>Regedit>find this key (Blocked Senders) and
delete it:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{GUID}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\Block Senders

Blocked Senders list will be empty, but you can rebuild it now.
