My own E-mail Address keeps going into the Blocked List...

Hello OE Support Person, This evening, bleow this greeting, you will find
what I wrote to the Newsgroup, Windows Security, the reply was not helpful
because the URL given does not work. I tried all possible ways to make it
work and all the searches came out No Support. So I opted to write to you
here at OE.

| E-mail Address that I had sent myself got deleted using "select all" keys.
| Now I have been using that method of deleting since I have E-mail at least
