Besides Hagen's suggestion of actually finding out what exactly IS the
NDR (non-delivery report), you might want to divulge the domains of you
and your sender. Could be your sender's domain is blacklisted by your
domain. Also, could be you are on a domain that requires the sending
mail server respond to a reverse DNS lookup but the sending mail
server's DNS server doesn't have the required records; see
