Sounds like it may be an older computer. The majority of kernel32.dll
errors are associated with older, outdated display card adapter drivers.
You might want to visit the website of the manufacturer of your display
adapter card to see if they offer updated drivers for your card. IE6 and
OE6 are very demanding of display adapters.
