When I try to setup for newsgroups on my ISP the message appears while
trying to download newgroups
and the details are as follows:
Configuration:
Account: news1.sympatico.ca
Server: news1.sympatico.ca
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0e
I'm using Windows XP Home Service Pack 2, Norton AntiVirus 2004 and connect
to the internet via a wireless access point.
I've tried to fix the problem by extending the amount of time that Outlook
Express 6 takes to talk to the server. My other computers
connect on the wired part of the lan and have no problems connecting to the
news server.
