block big email

I wanna block a big 6.4mb email that keeps blocking my system - I know who
sent it and they are very very sorry!!!
If I go and make a new rule and tick the options to not download from server
ort to delete it from the server the little box no3 at the bottom of the
lists still says "Apply this rule after the message arrives" rather than the
bloody thing will never block your modem phone line again as it will stay on
the server????

is this a feature of oe6????
