Aviso: Unless you want you (further) Windows Updates in Swedish (which you
wouldn't want if you have an English-language version of Windows), remember
to move English to the top of that list before going to Windows Update.
If you're running WinXP with Automatic Updates installed with 'Download and
install updates automatically' selected, things could get much more
complicated.
