kuay tim: Thanks for responding. I tried your suggestions but to no avail.
I also found an Article (315008) on the Microsoft site. It directed me to
change the registry by adding an MTU parameter to the ethernet card and
stepping it up the MTU size in increments. That didn't work either. I'm
looking for a way to reinstall outlook or reinstall the XP SP2 update but I'm
not having much luck with that. Do you know how to do that?
