I do not run Outlook Express when I (rarely) boot into Win98 so I don't see
why putting the correct DLL's in the desired path should hurt anything. For
some reason XP's Outlook Express has decided it wants to use the files on
the C: drive - probably an error in the SP2 or another patches installation
program that is assuming C is the system drive. I have run into issues with
my system drive being "F" before so I doubt a "re-install" would help (short
of wiping everything including the Win98 which I'll probably do soon
anyway).
