Thank you both for your comments. I'm presently using my web space to host
the organizations web site. We are opposing a local high school that wants
to build a 7,500 seat stadium in the middle of our OR-1A Residential
neighborhood. The email doesn't have large attachments, usually less than 80
kb.

I'll keep sending using the "To" for my wife's email.
