Frank, she does not have any icon in the system tray where you can
disconnect. I know that there must be a setting somewhere to do this but
since I do not use outlook express I do not have any idea where to look. I
have checked through Google and Microsoft both but I have been unable to find
such a setting. Thanks for your input.
