Deborah
Found this link for Wanadoo as I would carefully recheck the settings in
Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, Servers.
http://www.wanadoo.co.uk/help/id/6086_page2.htm#section_3
Sometimes it pays to re-enter passwords. They need to be in lower case
(non-caps).
The advice by another to retry using a new identity is also worth
trying.
