Kath and Frank,

I have a similar problem in that "URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol" does not
exist under File Types (in Windows Explorer).

Can you please provide me the steps to create this. I tried w/ "New" but do
not know how or what to enter for "Content Type," "Default Extension," and/or
"Actions."
