Enter everything *after* the @ sign. Example: yahoo.com

Message Rule:
Where the From line contains people
Delete it & Stop processing more rules
Click Contains People in Box #3 and enter the domains you want to
block. They will go to Deleted Items. You cannot Delete from the
server for domain rules.

You can be selective and allow only certain people in from that domain
by creating a rule and placing it just above the Domain rule:

Where the From line contains people
Move it to the specified folder & Stop processing more rules
Specify the folder & the sender

If both of these rules are created, let's say foe yahoo.com, all mail
from yahoo would go to the Deleted Items folder with the exception of
the addresses you enter in the second rule.

Remember, the second rule that allows certain people in must be
directly above the rule that blocks the domain in your list of rules.
