The '0x800CCC19' error is a timeout error. Usually caused by having an
antivirus product set to scan incoming email. If that's not the case, open
Tools/Accounts - Mail tab and double click the account involved and on the
Advanced tab, increase the timeout slider and see if that fixes it. Though
I suspect the problem is most likely related to using an antivirus product
and setting it to scan incoming mail. Disable that option as it does not
provide any added security. Any antivirus product (if updated daily) will
alert you if you attempt to open an infected file.
