Are you looking in the correct place? This is in Windows Explorer, NOT
Internet Explorer. If you then click on File Types header, next to the
Extensions header, it will sort the list into alpabetical order for you.
If on the other hand, it really doesn't exist, then you can create it by
clicking on New and proceeding from there.
