  OETool.  Another option you can use, which may be easier while viewing the 
  Header list, is just highlight the page (Ctrl+A) then Ctrl+C to copy it to 
  the clipboard and from there to an open example of Notepad and save it in a 
  convenient location as a CSV file.  Then open Excel and do the Data/Import.
