They can't get your email address from a Google search.
It is a coincidence that there is a lot of spam about
prescription drugs.

There are plenty of ways to obtain an email address.
Newsgroups, spyware, online registrations, instant messengers,
etc. See http://www.faqs.org/faqs/net-abuse-faq/harvest/
