Everytime it has happened to me, the window appeared after I closed OE
(clicking on the "X") and the only thing open was the Do you want to compact
window. So far, I have chosen to do it and no problems but I really don't
like it and don't like the fact that programs such as the one you use have
to be developed to combat this new "feature".
