If you are talking about web sites then you are talking about IE (Internet Explorer) not
OE (Outlook Express).
In either case, the issue could be the security zone. By default OE should be in the
Restricted Zone which disables scripting, ActiveX and Java which the web site might be
using.
Additionally, in IE look at Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Multimedia.
Use the following newsgroup for questions or problems with IE6
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser
You can also get to the Internet Explorer newsgroups via this web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx
There select Internet Explorer
