Hi CC,
Have you recently installed any hardware with accompanying programs? Might
not make a difference, but thought I'd ask. The Microsoft KB says the error
can occur with more than one account for an OE Identity (311022). Some
errors are not well documented, and it can be difficult to match a solution
to a particular error. One easy thing that worked for a reader of the
newsgroup was to change the sending format to plain text (Tools, Options,
Send). The person was later able to change back to HTML.
