What Windows version is running on the problem machine then?

Does the same thing happen in two Named Identities running in another
Windows Profile (AKA Log-on)?

NAV running in the background when managing identities should not be a
problem but, yes, we recommend disabling Email Protection permanently to
avoid problems and loss of data.
