The system in question is not running SP2. (I'm posting from a different
machine.) NAV was running when the identities were initially created.
Nonetheless. If I create two, named identities, the creation of the second
will change the settings on the first. Is there a way to remove all
identities (and all evidence of the identities) whereby I can start over?
Are you recommending leaving Email Protection turned off indefinitely?
