Your headers tell me you're running SP2. Does this problem pre-date the
installation of SP2? Was NAV running when SP2 was installed? Was OE open?
With NIS disabled throughout, create two new Named Identities. Configure
the appropriate mail accounts in each and import messages from the old
identities. Now delete both old identities.
Re-enable NIS but disable the Email Protection module in NAV.
Users should never rename the Main Identity: Replace it instead.
