Create a new Named Identity (File>Identities>Add new identity), configure at
least one account in it and then set is as the default
(File>Identities>Manage identities>Use this identity... [both options]).
If MailTo links now work, add any remaining mail accounts, import messages
from the old identity (File>Import>Messages>...) and then delete it.
