Can Send E-mail to My Laptop

I have a PC and a laptop connected by wireless network. I have 2 distinct
e-mail accounts; one that I use on the PC and one that I use on the laptop.
It is a Verizon webmail account that I retrieve using OE6. I can send e-mails
successfully from my laptop to my PC; I can send e-mails successfully from
the PC to my work e-mail; I cannot get e-mails to go through from the PC to
my laptop, nor can I get them to go through from the PC to my Hotmail
account. Any ideas of what might be going on. Thanks in advance.
