1 - Are you using Outlook Express for email?
2 - Are you in Outlook Express when you try to send email?
3 - If using OE - what version and what Operating System?
4 - Have you checked (while in OE) Tools - Accounts - highlight your email
account - Properties - both the General & Servers tabs to see if your
information is entered correctly?
5 - Do you receive any error messages, and if so post the *exact* error
message to increase likelihood of help.
6 - Did you install *Outlook* with your Office install?
