That's been caused in the past by Norton. Is that the AV program you're
using? If so, ask on the Symantec help forums for some assistance as to why
Norton changes file dates. You also should not have any DBT files on your
computer as they are temporary files created during a compacting operation
that are deleted when compacting completes. If you have DBT files, it
suggests you or some other user has been forcing OE to shut down while
compacting is taking place or a power failure has occurred while compacting.
