THANKS, all worked OK this time. :-)

Found that I was not importing the folders correctly, plus although when
each files was looked at the properties stated that they were not read only,
all worked fine once I made them read only and then not read only.

May be it was a fluke but Huge thanks to all who posted a help suggestion.
