Re: IE /Outlook Express problem

Robert checked through most of the items you suggested. Did not have the
Drwatson Log. checked the event viewer as suggested. Found a number of Re
faults which I believe are related to this problem all give the following
error fault "Faulting application MSIMN.EXE ver 6.0 2900." followed by
         "Faulty module NTDLL.DLL version 5.1.2600.2180"
         "Fault address 0x0000316c"
I am not a computer expert by any stretch of the imagination, this means
nothing to me does it give you any clue as to what could be happening.
