If you continue to refuse to reply as requested to the responses for help, I
guess you're stuck. You've been asked to run a brief script in Internet
Explorer to advise us of the version you are using, along with updates
you've installed. Without that information, it's hard to be helpful.
FWIW, I'm not aware of any *bug* that would prevent you from dragging a link
from anywhere, including an email message to anywhere you desire, whether it
is to a document, a folder or to the address bar in Internet Explorer or to
the Start/Run line. Continue with your diatribe as you desire, but you may
find that answers will no longer be forthcoming. Open your browser, insert
this into the address bar:
javascript:navigator.appMinorVersion
and then post back with the complete, exact results as shown in the screen.
Or not. It's your choice.
