Software on YOUR PC won't help. It will still emanate from your WAN address.
You need to find a Proxy Server Service on the Internet that supports TCP port 119 (NNTP).
PC --> Proxy Service ---> News Server
Looking at the above you'll see that the Proxy Server sits in between your PC and the News
Server.
Your WAN IP goes in on one side and the Proxy Server IP goes out to the News Server on the
other side. However YOU must find a Proxy Server that supports acting as a go-between for
TCP Port 119. the question -- Does such a server exist ? I don't know.
The other form is a faux proxy service is called "mail to news".
That's about all the information I will provide because all to often, people use such
services for nefarious reasons.

| I tried over 40 differnt proxies now and none of them worked. I also
| tried Winsock and couldnt get it to work. Is there another software
