Export/Import Addresses??

How can I import addresses into OE6? I exported the addresses from a Win ME
computer running OE5.5 and I need to import them into a PC running Win XP &
OE6. I generated .wab files as well as some comma delimited txt files. I
exported the .wab(s) from two separate mail accounts, but both ended up the
same size (368 KB) so I hope they may each be a 'complete' address book with
shared directories as well as separate direcories for each email account. I
also did a comma delimited txt file from a couple of email accounts, but
only got the addresses for that account, no shared address book.

Anyway when I go to the OE6 PC and try to import the .wab file, I get an
error message saying "An error occurred during the import process. The
import process could not be completed." Similarly, when I try to choose the
option of importing a text file I get and error that says "Error importing
to the Address Book."

How can I import the .wab file (preferably) or the txt files?

thanks,
