Your only option is going to be to edit it out of the source. OE sticks
that in there, I guess, because that's where the cursor is for you to start
typing the message.

You might try creating a new message without stationery and then use Insert
| Text from file and then choose the htm file for the stationery to see if
that prevents or overwrites it.
