I am having the same problem on 2 computers and posted this new message today.

I am running XP Pro and OE6 with Norton Antivirus 2004 Pro. If I am running
OE6 and click out of it it can not be restarted. No error message - Just
won't restart. I have to remove MISMN from the Applications list in the
Windows Task Manager and it will restart. If I remove CCAPP (Norton
antivirus) from the startup menu everything works fine except I don't have
virus protection. I can find nothing on the Microsoft or Symantec websites.
I am running SP2, but it did it before I upgraded.
