"Connection Interrupted - open mail client and resend from send folder" doesn't sound like
any Outlook Express error message I've ever seen.
>From what I've been able to determine, that appears to be coming from Norton. Disable
Norton from scanning e-mail. E-mail scanning doesn't help and can only cause problems.
How to enable or disable email scanning in Norton Anti-Virus 2002/2003/2004
(Note: Disabling email scanning does not leave you unprotected against viruses that are
distributed as email attachments)
