restoring dbx files

awhile back, while preparing to install xp, i backed up
all of my email history onto a cd. my hard drive crashed
and i had to start from square one.

now i want to get the dbx files off of the cd and back
inot outlook express, but can't figure out how to do it.

anyone??......thanks
