I thank you for your reply but please remember that not everyone is as
knowledgeable as you. Perhaps one day you when are my age you may need help
from someone and get a reply like this from someone. I think there was no
need for it to be put in the terms you have used. As an eldery novice using
computers for the first time I am learning all the time from people who are
most helpful without making comments like yours.

Thank you and I hope you will reconsider the way you reply to people who are
only wanting to learn from others who have the knowledge they do not have.
