If the other recipients are getting your message then obviously it DID
get sent. The problem is getting a copy back to yourself (i.e., your
ISP's mail server accepting the message and then either not putting a
copy in your own mailbox because the mail server refuses to emulate
sending to itself or because of filtering). Do you have a
spam-filtering option enabled on your mailbox or in your account
settings with your ISP? If so, what happens if you disable their spam
filter on your account? Do you have server-side rules defined, maybe
using the webmail interface or through an account configuration page,
that deletes e-mails from you that are sent to you (i.e., a "me in From
header" server-side delete rule)? Do you employ any client-side spam
filtering and, if so, have you tried temporarily disabling it?
Presumably you have already check any rules you have defined in your
e-mail client.
